5日間の滞在でしたが毎日タオルの交換はされないし何より部屋のトイレの臭いが本当に酷かったです。

Arriving at the hotel we were impressed at the scale of the building and the reception decor... that lasted 30 seconds. We were greeted by no one at the front desk, just a sign saying ‘wait to be served’. We waited for 10 mins & nothing happened, until a member of security told us we needed to go to a side office to check-in. When we got there, we were ushered to another office to check-in instead. After finally checking-in, we were told our room was in Tower B, and ONLY accessible by walking round the entire building outside to the back, via a car park exit/entrance. Next on to the lifts, half of which don’t work, the rest take about 10-15 mins to arrive and invariably are going in the opposite direction to which you’ve called them. Eventually getting to our room we find the cleaner outside, barefoot, claiming to have cleaned our room; she hadn’t. Dust and hairs all over the floor, marks all over the walls & what looked like urine stains all over the toilet seat. After asking multiple times for the room to be re-cleaned, they told us it would be; it wasn’t. In fact the entire time we were there (4 days) the room wasn’t cleaned once, only the bed sheets tucked in. Bed sheets weren’t cleaned, no fresh towels provided (we had to ask for these too)... even the toilet roll wasn’t replaced! We were only given one roll to last us for our entire stay! The only saving grace of the hotel is the infinity pool, which is beautiful. However, we were told the only way to use the

First of all, communication with the property was terrible. The hotel staff at the front desk were not helpful at all and when we needed to make change for our 50 Malaysian ringett, they said they had no change... yet they take a 30 ringett deposit in cash from every check in.. so I don’t understand how they wouldn’t have change. Next, the room was DISGUSTING! the bathroom was not cleaned at all, the sink and tap had mold and other stuff on it, and the bed sheets had yellow stains on them. The microwave was absolutely disgusting and had baked on food that has never been cleaned. Honestly, the view was beautiful for the room but not worth the nasty place. Take your money and spend it elsewhere! Avoid this place!

The hot water stopped and the location is tough. You will have to rely on taxis. Their uber is called grab. D/l the app it will save you tons of money . Besides that, the building is beautiful and modern. And the room has a washing machine ! Cant beat that!

Underwhelmed.

Experience ruined by the apartment being infested by ants. Management was helpful to move us to a new room but guess what, more ants await there as well. Bed and pillow cases weren't too clean, bed was a little hard, nowhere to hang up towels inside the bathroom, toothpaste provided tastes like expired bubblegum, and no labels on the shampoo/shower gel bottles so we didn't which was which. Always a long line queuing up outside of reception and the employees, and on a couple occasions while I lined up and waited for my turn to be helped, was interrupted by people behind me and decided to help them first?? Pool on the 8th floor had far too few seating. Location is not good. It seems as though it's close to the Petronas Twin Towers (and the general city center), but in reality it's at least a half-hour walk and public transportation isn't accessible (i.e. GoKL shuttle bus). Basically had to Grab everywhere. WiFi connection was the lone bright spot of this trip.

Liked the concept, setup and the interior was well decorated. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. We'll equipped for long stay living. TV channels could be improved, extra pillows could be included. Pantry could be stocked with complimentary coffee/tea.

Great modern suites

Theses modern suites are located in a building with a lovely swimming pool and a beautiful Skydeck. We enjoyed your stay here, the only drawback was being far from any food...We used Grab and were able to move around for a good price but be aware, there are no restaurants nearby. The place was clean, the bed comfortable and our contact Syef gave us very good service.
