I stayed at Expressionz KLCC by Wodages from August 13 to September 1, and the biggest issue was housekeeping. Despite repeated requests, my room was only cleaned twice during the entire stay. I had to constantly follow up through messages just to get basic cleaning done, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Housekeeping should be scheduled regularly and not left for guests to chase after.
The property itself is fine, but the poor service and lack of responsiveness completely ruined the experience. Definitely not worth it if you expect proper hotel standards

What I didn’t like in this hotel is Very bad service when requesting toiletries, we need to message to request.also they take long time to reply back. It’s like begging for toilet paper. Also on the first day we arrive the aircon was leaking water, room was clean only one time (no house keeping. Rubbish are filed up. Night shift front desk only available till midnight.

Séjour horrible, chambre avec une odeur y qui sort de la machine ou de la tuyauterie. mur à moitié cassé moisie, clim qui ne marche pas linge de salle de bain sal. Accueil horrible, personne ne vous prend en charge et ne vous explique le fonctionnement personnel, mal accueillant. Extrêmement déçu de cet hôtel à fuir.

Ok. But probably would not stay again
The toilet water hose had a leak upstairs washroom. The electrical outlets weren’t allowing my portable charging station any power. They may be some issues with power. The washing mashing is a dual dryer which doesn’t dry properly. Netflix or other streaming apps doesn’t work on their projector (not important but still relevant)
