Good access to petaling street and many eateries. Not so near rail. Good, honest staff. But toilet water is yellowish, not sure about tap water. Stayed for one night, however following morning, no water supply. Was freshening up halfway, and need to skip balance ( bath etc., brush teeth etc) , as need to rush for appointment, couldn’t wait for ten maintenance to check . . . Bedsheet seemed not so clean .

Рассказываю ситуацию с этим отелем.Приехав полдвенадцатого вечера в этот отель меня неприятно удивили на ресепшен сказав что моя бронь на номер отменена!!На мои возражения о том , что не личном кабинете " HOTELS.COM",не на электронной почте уведомлений об отмене нет ,было сказано , что они не чего не знают и разбирайтесь с сервисом заказов сами..... В общем ночью в дождь(искать новый отель) и после самолета как то не очень хотелось - пришлось купить у них номер по совершенно другой цене чем было забронировано. Больше в этот отель я не приеду,хотя местоположение отеля хорошее.

close to puduraya bus terminal and chinatown

male staff at front desk were very helpful, gave me some tourist info, arranged me for Grab when i asked. located in center, close to everything i wanted, very quiet at night, extremely clean room. i took the bus from klia2, got off at puduraya bus terminal, then walked to this hotel.

There is no walk space in the room, level 2 corridor lighting is quite dim. The worst part is the water from basin and sprayer is yellowish. However, the location is quite good, near to Petaling street.

Great location for those who want to do a lots of shopping in cheap price. The hotel is beside to chaina town. You can get Free bus to KL. Hotel was comfortable and clean.

安いから仕方ないのかもしれませんが、 写真の部屋とは綺麗さが違い過ぎる。 部屋に入ると髪の毛が落ちてるし、排水溝からは虫が上がってくる… 毎日部屋をベッドメイキングしてくれると 書いていたはずなのに、3日も滞在したのに 1日も掃除をしてくれなかったし、バスタオルも 2枚置いてあるだけで、交換もしてくれない。 ただ、立地は最高でチャイナタウンの 市場まで徒歩10秒で、ファミマも近い。 駅からも近いし、お土産を買うショッピングモールからも近いので凄くいい場所にホテルがある。ご飯を食べる所も側にあるし、遅くまで空いてるので、食べ物には困りません。

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

Don't stay here! I am a backpacker and have been travelling asia for over 3 months and this is hands down the worst hotel I've stayed in. As soon as you see the place you can tell its run down and dirty. The staff aren't the most helpful or welcoming. The room is tiniest room ever - you actually can't walk in it once your case is in. There was a stubbed out cigarette in our room too, disgusting. I had to request the maid to clean the room, once she/he did they never even gave us more toilet paper even though ours had ran out, what kind of hotel is this?! The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was so old and disgusting. I couldn't sleep because I was just surrounded by dirt and mould all over the roof and walls. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere

Good budget KL Chinatown hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of KL Chinatown. The free "purple line" bus is right on front of the hotel. The train station is only 5 minute walking. Many good and cheap restaurants/ food stands around. Guests can use the drinking water, ironing station on each floor . Front dest staff is nice and very helpful. We will definitely come back since this is one of the lowest good budget hotel in KL .

Great location & affordable

The room was a good value for the price. It is located in Chinatown near many places to eat and markets to shop. It was an easy walk also to Bukit Bintang. The room was small but had a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. It was quiet and a nice place to relax after exploring KL. The front desk staff were welcoming and checked us in quick when we arrived past midnight.

Clean and Simple

Lovely hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Nothing too fancy but it was just what i was after. the staff were friendly and the rooms were as advertised. A great place to stay and i will be back!

部屋は値段の割にとてもよかったです。24時間フロントなのでいつでもスタッフがいて安心でした。どのスタッフも感じがよかったです。食事はないが、一歩出ればチャイナタウンなので、朝も昼も夜も食事には困りません。 駅からのアクセスもとてもよかったです。目の前はバス亭とタクシー乗り場でした。

Chcesz zepsuć sobie pobyt - REZERWÓJ TEN HOTEL

Obiektywnie: - hotel tuz przy wejściu do China Town, hotel kilkupiętrowy z windą, rodem z lat 70-tych, - obsługa w miarę miła i uczynna (podano nam soczek w plastikowym kubku, materiały i mapy KL i poinformowano jak dostać się do pobliskich atrakcji turystycznych), - pokoje małe i brudne (nie radzę rezerwować pokoju standard - pokój z łazienką bez okna 10m2) wyglądem i zapachem przypominał tani pokój "na godziny" (zresztą na ścianach były przeróżne zacieki, również organiczne. Po pokoju chodziły karaluchy różnej wielkości oraz spod sufitu wydostawały się przedziwne insekty, - na naszą prośbę za dopłatą (ok.10 Euro/dzień) zamieniono nam pokój na tzw. "deluxe", czyli trochę bardziej czysty i większy (14m2) z (nieszczelnym) oknem przez które dochodził zgiełk pobliskiej ulicy oraz uporczywy dźwięk sygnalizacji świetlnych na skrzyżowaniach dzięki któremu nie można było spać, - dobry punkt wypadowy do lokalnych atrakcji, - w pokojach klimatyzacje w miarę dobrze chłodzące, - kaucja za wydanie klucza do pokoju (zwrotna na końcu pobytu) 30 MYR. P.S. Zdjęcia wykazane w folderach na stronach www hotelu i portali hotelowych nie odzwierciedlają faktycznego stanu hotelu, zdjęcia pokazowe. OGÓLNIE: NIE POLECAM, może dla lokalnych gości to normalny standard zakwaterowania, lecz dla gości np. z Europy to hotel znacznie odbiegający od przyjętych standardów.
