Good stay, but property is old, and noisy train.

The property is a bit old. Towels are old and torn. The lift moving up and down can be heard constantly throughout the day and night. Train line from both directions are constant, you’ll get use to it. But it certainly will wake you up. Good is the sofa, kitchen, and comfortable bed. TV Streaming and Internet is also good. There’s only two lifts and if one is broken, you’ll wait for very very long, as in nearly 30 minutes. We ended up walking down the stairs. Shower is cold, the hot water is not even warm. Location is ok, it’s near Lala, but to walk to BB, is not that near.

Awful! I had to ask for clean sheets. After two days I got them. I had no TV remote and gave up asking. Was just told the previous guest stole it. There were no bulbs in any sockets except for one . I kept asking for new bulbs and never got any. They communicate through WhatsApp and ignore you. No reception. Nobody knew I was coming and I was made to wait an hour for my room.

This is a high end property, sparse furnishing but still tasteful and quite adequate for a short stay. With most of the apartments owner own, security is enhance with access card needed for entry, to property itself as well as the car park.

Die BB Homes sind in den Casa Residency in KL untergebracht. Der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Host war uns jederzeit ein hervorragende Ansprechpartner. Die Anlage liegt in einem eher aufstrebenden Viertel. Es sind momentan ein paar Baustellen um das Host herum. Eine naheliegende Moschee (masjid Jamek) und die direkt vor dem Hotel liegende Zugstation sorgt für akustische Unterhaltung aber auch für die gute Anbindung. In der Nähe liegt ein sehr guter Food Markt. Es ist auch eher mit Airbnb Charakter zu sehen. Frische Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage und Zimmer Reinigung nur nach Auszug.
