Not clean and host not good service

This was not a good experience.We had to book last minute fue to another apt cancelled. Check in instructions were ok and check in another. They even storaged our bags for a while because we arrived earlier. But, apt was not clean to a good standard. They have us 4 towels and booking was for 6. They hardly brought another 2 later. Apt was never cleaned, so not serviced like advertised. We asked for tówels to be changed and more toilet paper and they never replied the WhatsApp. I asked about this on Check out and said we weren’t in the room to bring it, to which I replied “we weren’t either the day before when they opened to leave the 2 missing towels”. Another thing is that the 2 guys that welcomed us didn’t speak good english so difficult to tall to them. Not reliable and dirty place. The only good thing was location.

This is the worst place I have stayed in my over hundreds trips overseas, STAY AWAY from this place at all costs! It purported to be a four star service apartment, but there is NO SERVICE at all. The check-in is so horrible, there is no front desk or receptionist, and no directions provided beforehand, I have to walk around and call around to finally get the person to come. They only take cash for deposit and again this is not mentioned earlier. They completely ignored my gold membership with Expedia and VIP access benefits, did not even arrange for my normal request for higher floors. The place generally smells, there was one day that the corridor was full of water from other apartments on my same floor. The lift has no air-condition. On at least 6 occasions, Grab drivers can't even find the location of this place. The amenities are even more shocking, they only provided soap bar and ONE tiny once-off shampoo, no conditioner no nothing. They ignore my request for late checkout despite it is clearly within my VIP access benefit, no room upgrades. The rooms and bed are not comfortable, smelly couch, the entire stay is disastrous, I would recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from this place. The irony, at the check-out, the staff would come to the room to collect key cards, as they don't have reception area, and they had the audacity to ask for good review. Well, as stated I only provide HONEST reviews.
