"The reception welcome was very friendly and my room was amazing, spacious with an indoor seating area and a balcony with a sea view. Breakfasts were excellent, self service with a good range of juices, coffee, prepared fruit, cake, sausages, eggs, cheese and meat. The hotel was close to restaurants, ice-cream shop and supermarket and the nearest beach was only a few minutes walk down the street"

"Avenue hotel is wonderful! Perfectly located in the center, really close to the beach and to the bus station. Sara is the best!!! Breakfast is delicious and on a wonderful terrace. Will stay here when I come back to Ksamil!"

"Awful hotel. There was a reception desk but we did not see any staff the whole time we stayed. The front door was left open the whole time with no staff there and our room was right at the front. Anybody could walk in and out and we felt very unsafe. The room was fine/ ok. Only a really thin sheet to sleep in and when you have AC on this is not enough so we were cold all night. Found some foul smelling and dusty blankets in the cupboard for the following night which kept us warmer but felt unclean and smelled. A maintenance guy came to our room and barged into the toilet to have a look. He did something with the toilet and then left. We had no idea what was going on. The next day I smelled like sewage/ foul water whilst brushing my teeth with the tap water. From then on we had to use bottled water whilst brushing teeth. This is not even the worst part, the hotel terrace looks nothing like the pictures, there’s no where to sit and relax. It is next to one of the biggest trashiest clubs in Ksamil and you can hear loud banging club music until very late (past midnight). It’s really a horrible place, don’t stay here. "

"Fabulous hotel with fabulous staff, when we arrived after a 4 hour car journey we were offered refreshments which was widely appreciated as it was very hot , our room was spotless which followed through in the rest of the hotel , breakfast was plentiful, great start to the day , the hotel was a family run business and from start to finish we felt very looked after and nothing was too much trouble . They provided us with transport from airport to hotel which was very reasonably priced and driven by a member of their family who gave us information about landmarks as we drove through Albania , he was very polite and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this hotel it was very close to markets and restaurants with the beach being a five minute walk away "
