Cozy cottage in the forest near Kollund and just a stone's throw from the water.



Your accommodation is located in a beautiful quiet natural environment which has a lot to offer. Step into a natural house connected with nature and an open and spacious living room. On the one hand, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room corner on one of the harmonious comfortable sofas, while your loved ones prepare breakfast in the kitchen area, which you can enjoy together on one of the terraces or at the dining table. Also in the garden your children can play undisturbed and use every square meter of the private garden.



The popular hiking trail "Gendarmstien" of 84 km passes directly by the house. This coastal walking route is divided into five stages: the mountain stage, the brick stage, the power stage, the beach stage and the mill stage. Each stage winds along the shores of the fjord, offering a varied and sometimes hilly landscape.

Das Ferienhaus ist traumhaft gelegen. Auf der einen Seite das Meer auf der anderen Seite Wald. Für Kinder ist der Garten ein absolutes Paradies.Die Küche war sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, leider wurde die Mikrowelle vom vorherigen Nutzer nicht gereinigt.Leider war die Sauberkeit der Couchgarnitur und der Matratzen sehr schlecht und sie waren von Flecken übersäht.

Hyggeligt sommerhus

Et meget hyggeligt sommerhus med en perfekt placering midt i skoven. Sommerhuset var rent og pænt, da vi ankom. Området er perfekt til gåture, natur og grænseshopping.

Great location but...

First the good: Fantastic location near Flensborg Fjord. Close to the Gendarme trail, close to many historical sites, e.g. Sønderborg Castle, Gråsten Castle - we really enjoyed this location. And then the rest: The house is basic at best. Small rooms, tiny kitchen, musty smell upon arrival. The yard which looks great on the pix is not very well maintained. On the listing pix, you will see plenty of stacked firewood, but when you arrive you will find that the wood is locked up and there is a note on the fridge referring to an address where firewood can be purchased. Also, be aware that if you opt to rent linen and towels, you will be required to drive approx. 25 km (!!!) to pick these up at an address in Sønderborg, and better yet you are required to return the used linen at the same location!! Also, be aware that the property does not provide vehicle charging. All in all, I would recommend the location, but not this property in particular.
