"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. "Reception staff were outstanding. A couple of minor points were no desks on the room, having a low table made any kind of computer work difficult. Also at Breakfast two thing were irritating, the porridge was dreadful, you should have a bowl of porridge not a slice and they often ran out of thins at the weekend and did not replace them fruit for cereal being the most obvious. Overall though really impressed and now my favoured hotel chain in Austria."

"Location was central. Room was clean and easy to get to (lift access). Breakfast was good, starts at 7am and can get a little crowded. Room had everything it needed and beautiful view from the balcony. Good storage space too although there seemed to be a central cooling system, so it got a bit hot at night."

The staff were all so kind and helpful and I couldn’t get over how incredible the views were. This exceeded any expectations I had!!! "Very clean room and comfortable bed, spacious room with balcony. Pool area really nice and very spacious with lots of different pools/slide. Really good location, very close to lake and easy to walk to lots of central things in Bled. Air conditioning covered by metal grate and pointing towards windows of room therefore limiting effectiveness. Food quite underwhelming and felt like quantity rather than quality."
