Carmel corn found in pull out sofa. No hand soap in room. App with virtual room key didn’t work. Pool area was not like pictures(wall partition with construction on the other side), and frequently out of towels. Teenage boy's in pool and hot tub in their underwear, not bathing suits. Mike is an exceptional host — very responsive and accommodating. He even helped us when our van got stuck in the snow, which we truly appreciated.
