This area leads directly to a terrace and the swimming pool. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) that also grants access to the terrace. Another room on this level has two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also boasts a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, allowing you to prepare meals in comfort. The kitchen leads to another terrace, and there is a bath/WC on this floor.
