Rosa 4*, 2-Bedroom Apartment with a Sea View

Apartment Rosa is a four-star apartment located in Krk, major city of the island Krk. This is a spacious (70m²) two-bedroom apartment. Large living room includes cable TV, dining area, access to the balcony with a great sea view. The apartment is located in a residential building 500 meters from the old city center and 700 meters from the sea and public beach. Public parking lot is available near the front entrance.

Public beaches, like Porporela, Dražica, Ježevac and Koralj are approximately 1 km from the apartment Rosa. The apartment is located approximately 1 kilometer from the island's main motorway, so it is very convenient to visit any location on Krk. Cycling path is alongside the main motorway, so the apartment proves to be a convenient starting point for the cyclists. Hiking trail to Obzova, the highest point of the island (569m) can be accessed from Punat, which is 9 kilometers from the apartment.

Apartment is located in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by other apartments and guest houses. Restaurants Torkul and Mali Nono are under 100 meters from the apartment. Supermarkets Lidl, Plodine and Konzum are only 250 meters from the apartment.

Main space of the apartment is a spacious living room, which includes a cable TV, sofa with a sitting area and a dining area. Living room offers access to the balcony overlooking old town, Adriatic sea and neighboring islands. Kitchen is connected to the living room.

Both bedrooms are located on the south side. One bedroom includes a king bed. The other bedroom has two single beds, which can be connected. Bedrooms are equipped with clean linen. Sofa in the living room is not as comfortable as a bed, so we recommend against using it as a spare bed.

Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and cutlery. Bathroom includes a bathtub, which can be converted into a shower, bidet, a washing machine and shelves with clean towels. Large closet is located in the hallway.

IMPORTANT: check-in and collect keys at the tourist agency Krk Gaber (address: Stjepana Radica 30, Krk 51500). The agency is located only 100 meters from the property.

If you are arriving by a plane to the airport Rijeka, we recommend taking a taxi or renting a car. Airport is 26 km from the apartment, so the ride takes 30 min. Public parking lot is located behind the apartment. The apartment is located around 1 kilometer from the main motorway of the island Krk, so we recommend using a rent-a-car during your stay and visiting nearby beaches.
