The living room opens onto a covered, shaded terrace, surrounded by a lush garden, creating an idyllic spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings in the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a combined electric/gas stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and a dining table with ample seating for all guests. The apartment has two elegant bathrooms – one featuring a bathtub, bidet, and washing machine, and the other with a modern shower, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests.
