Upon driving up to the hotel, I was worried about what I saw. But once inside the hotel, it was great! Nice, big room. Good breakfast. Very nice staff & helpful. Everything about the stay & location was great!

This is a hostel bluffing that it is a hotel. For the money that we paid things should have been much better quality all around. And they can get away with this because of the situation they are in due to the indoor football field they have for youth cups. That's why my family and I booked a room in this small, boring town to begin with. And the only reason. So there is not much to choose from, plus most people will never be coming back there. So they can just pretend they are a nice hotel rather than a glorified hostel and get away with it. I am shocked by the high reviews this place had compared to our experience. We honestly would have preferred to stay at an actual hostel and pay half of what we paid for our room at "Hotel" bro. And don't get me started with the breakfast! It's so clear what they do, which is the bare minimum! They go to Lidl and buy the cheapest food so you can get bad coffee, a bowl of cereal, and an overcooked boiled egg. I'd be fine with this breakfast at another kind of establishment, and indeed I have had similar and even slightly better breakfasts at hostels. But yeah, it was clean and the bed was fine. The "lounge" is just four chairs in the corner of a hallway. I'd say avoid it, but if you're a football family, too bad. It is pretty close to the football arena. We'd never stay at this place again.

Spartansk frukost, varken äggröra eller bacon, obefintligt med pålägg några ostskivor fanns Youghurt , halvljummet kaffe Nej frukosten var verkligen ingen höjdare Dåliga sängar o gardinstång som var trasig Nej skärpning på er, en matta kunde ni kosta på er på rummet ser väldigt kalt o omysigt ut Rost i spegelglas (hotellet från 2022..) på ett annars modernt badrum

Det var mycket fina och stora rum. Vi blev också väl bemötta o receptionen. Frukosten var enkel, men tillräcklig för våra behov. Vad vi saknade var tillräckligt med bröd, alla i vårt sällskap fick inte det de önskade. Men besöker vi Kristinehamn igen så kommer vi tillbaka.

Vi fick ett jättestort rum som mer var en lägenhet med golvvärme, bekväm dubbelsäng, två fåtöljer med soffbord och två matrumsstolar med bord. Ett helt kök, dock utan det mesta av utrustningen. Riktigt kylskåp med frysfack. Liten TV monterad högt uppe på väggen. Badrummet var också enormt men tyvärr var duschen obekvämt liten, kunde rymts tre gånger så stor. Utsikt mot ett parkeringshus där vi också parkerade för 4 kr/timme. Frukosten var inte särskilt stor men det mesta fanns: flingor, yoghurt, lite olika bröd, marmelad och några pålägg och grönsaker. Kokta ägg som tyvärr var oätliga då en del av ägget var grönt och andra delen helt rinnig. Oklart hur man lyckas med det?! Stort minus för en komplett avsaknad av laktosfria produkter (fanns nog inte glutenfritt heller). Vi borde kanske sagt till i förväg men förutsåg inte det.

Ett mycket bra hotell, men mindre bra frukost. Vi saknade varma grönsaker. Väldigt fint rum med självhushåll, delvis, spis fick ej användas p.g.a. av brandmyndigheter. Rummen f.d. äldreboende. Smidigt inpasseringssystem med koder. Parkeringshus i direkt närhet.

Var i Kristinehamn på en fotbollscup. Fanns inte mycket boende att välja på. Hittade hotell Bro. Att kalla det hotell är lite att ta i. Misstänker att det är gamla service lägenheter för äldre som man hyr ut. Det fanns en kokvrå i varje lägenhet som inte fick användas. Lägenheten var ren och fräsch. Frukosten som serverades var av det enklare slaget. Kristinehamn i sig var en riktigt tråkig lite håla. Finns inget att göra och knappt några restauranger. Hade det inte varit för fotbollscupen hade jag aldrig åkt dit.
