"My two friends and I (plus two dogs) had a great stay here. Katrin was friendly and communicative. The property had enough room for the dogs to run around and lots of space indoors for dining and relaxing. There are also a number of shops within 30 minutes driving. The house was warm and inviting. The only recommendation I’d give is to bring your own pillows if you are particular. Otherwise everything was perfect! Would come again and would recommend to friends and family."

"We had a great time in Upahl. We stayed in a beautiful old farmhouse. The place was clean and tidy. There were two sitting rooms, a equipped kitchen and a nice terrace to sit and to enjoy the garden. There was a lot to see and do in the surroundings. So I very recommend this beautiful place to stay!"

"Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber.Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war stets sehr nett und auch der kurze Besuch des mannes, war sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ein sehr, sehr empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil, welches platz für mehrere Leute bietet.Ein Highlight ist definitiv der Pool und die Sauna, in denen man super entspannen kann und danach einfach die schöne Aussicht auf den See genießen kann oder einen beherzten Sprung ins kühle Nass wagen...

"Beware of this listing! When we booked no where did it say that you must bring your own bedding and towels. We were supposedly informed if this in a message hidden in the VRBO app 5 days before our check in and long after we had flown half way around the world. When we arrived we were told we would have to send the property manager 100 Euros via PayPal and they would bring us bedding and towels but not until the next day leaving us to sleep on nothing the first night. "Wir haben eine Woche in dieser großen, hellen, ruhigen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Fewo verbracht. Unsere Sitzecke im Außenbereich haben wir oft genutzt - Grill mit Zubehör inklusive. Im nahgelegenen See haben nur die Männern gebadet, aber die Ostsee ist ja nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.Und nicht zu vergessen: supernette Vermieterinnen, unkompliziert und jederzeit ansprechbar. Danke!!!"

"The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."

"Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und einladend! Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus. Das Restaurant "The George" serviert ein köstliches Abendessen und das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück ist sicherlich köstlich. Ich kann das Weinhaus Uhle sehr empfehlen. Außerdem war es ein sehr schöner und einfacher Spaziergang zum Schloss Shwerin. In der Nähe gibt es so viele wunderbare Geschäfte, darunter ein Teeladen direkt gegenüber und ein Geschäft für Vintage-Kleidung im Block gegenüber vom Teeladen. "
