Excelente localização. Muito perto da estação de trem/ônibus, onde chegará vindo do aeroporto. Os ônibus partem de lá para toda a parte da cidade, inclusive para o aeroporto de Katowice e para a Mina de Sal. Cozinha bem equipada com tudo que se possa precisar (só me faltou uma torradeira) :) Há um Carrefour Express bem na esquina. Fica a 10/15mim a pé da Old Town. Adorei tudo (chuveiro quente, internet rápida, a/c e aquecedor). As pessoas reclamam que o quarto fica no 5º andar, sem elevador. Para mim não foi problema algum. Sou mochileira - sem malas para carregar; moro no 9º andar e não uso o elevador. Então ... subir 70 degraus não me causou nenhum incômodo. Voltarei, com certeza !!!!

There were stores nearby. I loved the empanada bakery. The walk to either the bus or train station was 5 minutes The room was clean.

The location is convenient for trains and quiet at night. There is no elevator. I literally never saw the building manager/owner. I was just given instructions through whatsapp on how to access the keys and returned them there when I was done.

Not comfortable

Situated very good, however to climb 4 floors with no elevator is brutal. there is no bed- its a small sofa.and there is either cold or boilig hot water in the shower. Oh.. and when I asked for extra pillow or a larger blanket, they said they dont have any. Apart from that it was nice

Great+++

Werry good service but if you hot allot off lugage with you and they place you at the top off the apartments is werry frustrating takibg all the stairs and with your lugage. No elevator. Overall im happy otherwise.

The positives: it was convenient to the train and bus stations, and close enough to the Old Town to walk there. There was a Carrefour Express down the street, and a larger Carrefour near the train station. I liked being on the top floor as no one was above me, and the wi-fi worked well. The negatives: Being on the top floor (4th) meant I had to lug my suitcase up seven flights of stairs; the apartment info states 'no lift/elevator', but I don't think it mentions the apartments are on the top floor. As for the studio, the "bed" was actually a couch with the cushions removed, the pillow was lumpy and seemed to be half-filled, and there was no bedside table (there was room for one). The paint on the counter was chipped in places, making it look worn and unappealing. The shower drain was slow so that I ended up standing in several inches of water while taking a 3-4 min. shower. Lastly, I suggested to reception via email (there wasn't anyone in the building, to my knowledge) that providing a toaster, a tea towel, and hangers would be great additions. I received a reply telling me (1) to look for the toaster because there should be one in the studio (I'd looked through all cupboards before making my suggestion), (2) hangers are in the wardrobe but some people might take them (there was no wardrobe in the studio, and definitely no hangers), and (3) paper towels and a kitchen towel are provided (the paper towels were really cheap and the kitchen towel was more of a re-usable wipe).
