My daughter and i had a great 5 night stay. The room was plenty big enough for us. We spent most of our time exploring, however the room was comfortable and clean and just what we needed.

The place is clean but could do with some updating. Lack of plug sockets. We were on the top floor and the lift was still not working from earlier reviews. The cleaners dont enter your room unless you request a change of towels or bed sheets that there is a small charge for. The shower and bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great spot for getting around krakow and was quite at night. Would recommend for anyone doing a few days visiting as it's location really is good once you realise how easy it is to get around. Check in is at 3pm and that is when you get the codes for entering the building. See many people in krakow walking round with suitcases so it's a regular thing in krakow. We would go again if visiting krakow.

Good location for Old Town with local shops, 24hr pharmacies and cafes close by. Booked a king-size bed, however this was actually two separate singles pushed together, including fully separate quilts etc. There was also no curtains or blinds in the room (third floor with skylights), so be prepared to wake up at dawn every day. Property was kept clean, but the lift was only working for about two hours on one day in the middle of our stay (third floor so this was no use when moving suitcases). No staff on the property, so whilst the front access door is kept secured there's nothing to stop the back door from being left open all night. Check-out was supposed to be 10am but housekeeping were knocking on the door by 09:30- quite awkward as she had nothing identifying her as staff and was trying to take our key instead of us putting it in the lock safe as per check-out instructions.

Hébergement sympa, situé à proximité de Barbacane, de la vieille ville et de la gare. Facilement accessible via les transports en commun et avec de nombreux commerces et cafés dans les rues à côté. L’appartement était suffisamment grand pour 3 personnes et propre.

If you are coming to Kràkow and just want somewhere to doss down for a couple of nights, then the Old Time Aparthotel is great. I wouldn't recommend it for longer than this nor with children/family as the sofa bed is shockingly solid! Location is OK, about 10/15min walk from the main square, and shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are extremely dated and in need of refurbishment, beds very uncomfortable, and there is no turn down service. To extend your checkout time past 10am they ask for a 5* positive review, so I believe that this is likely why the hotel has such great reviews and high star ratings.

Not a great experience staying here! We got 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed which was very uncomfortable for the two of us. The only saving grace was the location which was quite accessible to the main town centre.

Our stay was good, main concern is no fridge which would be beneficial especially when the weather is hot. The location is just a short walk to centre of city and to small cafes/restaurants for a good selection of food to suit most if not all tastes. Overall a good place.

Rigtig god beliggenhed tæt på stationen og den gamle bydel og sporvogne i et roligt kvarter. Stort og dejligt værelse med el- kedel og kaffe/the. Lidt varmt om natten, da der ikke er aircondition.

Overall I am not sure I would stay here again. We found mold on the pillows (under pillow covers) and covered them with towels to sleep. We had no choice getting in late and night but to just deal with it. The location is decent and communication is good and its a quiet place. But I would rather pay a bit more and go to an actual hotel in future.
