My experience at lounge apartments was excellent. The staff was super communicative and very on top of getting me what I needed. I was able to have my stuff held there until 3 PM on the day of checkout so I could explore the city before leaving. The apartment itself is super spacious and nice, very clean. A lot of amenities is in towels galore. I would definitely come back and stay here!

Appartamento carino e spazioso a pochi passi dal centro, parcheggio auto nelle vicinanze, comodo per due notti, pulizia nella media, si sentiva rumore proveniente dai vicini del piano di sopra.

Stor lägenhet som har allt man behöver. Lite speciell incheckning, då man pratade med en person via en övervakningskamera. Lite oklar information om hur frukosten och incheckning skulle fungera. Det stod en påse utanför dörren på morgonen.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect - definitely walkable to everywhere but also close to public transportation. The place was clean and cozy and everything was very comfortable. The hot water tank was a little small, but we found if we didn’t turn the water to full pressure, we had plenty to get us through the shower. We would definitely consider staying here again!

El departamento está perfecto, tiene todo lo necesario y la ubicación es excelente. Solamente que tuve un gran problema . El cuarto que me dieron estaba en el último piso del edificio y soy adulto mayor y me costó mucho subir y bajar las escaleras ya que no cuenta con ascensor. Recomiendo el hotel ampliamente para gente joven, pero no para gente mayor y menos para gente deshabilitada.

Great aprtment - lovely staff.

The apartment was very spacious and inviting. it had an uplifting feel to it. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. they booked tours and stired luggage and were just generally lovely.

Tilava huoneisto lähellä Krakowan vanhaa kaupunkia

Rauhallinen huoneisto lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Siisti ja tilava, 6 ihmistä olisi mahtunut hyvin. Astioita vähän ja pieni keittiö, joten soveltuu lähinnä aamu/iltapalaan. Ei hissiä, yksi kylpyhuone ainoastaan.

La habitación que me asignaron era amplia y cómoda Sábanas y toallas en buen estado. Personal súper amable y servicial El sitio queda a 10 minutos caminando de la plaza principal de Cracovia y la conexión con buses y gran es súper buena porque hay paradas a menos de 100 metros Con gusto me volvería a quedar acá

Excellent location minutes from main square and tram stop. There is a mini Carrefour a couple of mins away too which is 24 hrs. Apartment clean and comfortable but only has storage heaters which didn't give off much heat so room not particularly warm.

Unfortunately we didn't get the room like it was advertised. There is No lift.. if you are carrying big luggages, you have to think about it!. Not clean enough. We found plates were dirty. Noisy from the electric appliances. Hot water ran out . Sufficient for just one person. I would advise them to put some kitchen towels and bathroom caddy and fill toiletries please. It is advertised like service apartment! Only positive thing is the location!
