This hotel is very nice but they charge for a lot of amenities that are normally included and it’s not a minor amount. Parking was $20 per day per vehicle and this hotel isn’t even in the city center where that’s normally expected. The gym costs $30 per day per guest. The laundry service is laughably expensive. The staff was very polite and helpful and there is a bus stop right on the corner that will take you to the train. It’s very easy to get around. They also have a restaurant but to be honest if I’m paying the prices they’re charging I’m not eating at a hotel restaurant. Overall we had a positive experience there and would stay there again.

Property is newly renovated so nice and clean. Restaurant on the property was excellent. You only need to to take one team from zurich airport and the station is right in front.

The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress.
Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication.
If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall.
