良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

スタッフの対応も良く、立地もいいですし、掃除も完璧です。近くのセブンイレブンの店員さんにとても優しい方がいて、それもポイントに付け加えます。少し残念なのはウォシュレットではない事と、シャワー室にシャンプーとボディソープ兼用のものが一種類だけで、やはり髪の毛がバシバシになりました。せめて、ボディソープと「シャンプー＆リンス」ならまだましかもしれません。一階に常にスタッフがいらっしゃるのでセキュリティの面でも安心して宿泊できました。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。ベッドの幅が小さいですがあまり問題なかったです。目の前に駅があり、コンビニも横にある為なにも困る事はないと思います。シャンプーやリンスは持参した方が良いです。

部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすかった。しかし、新品ではなく使用途中のボディミルクがそのまま置いてあったり、お掃除の人が部屋に入った時のカードキーがそのまま挿してあり、ちょっと怖かった。

スーペリアツインルームで利用しました。お値段は手頃で、清潔で良かったです。ただ、壁が薄いのか、隣の声が凄く気になりました。夜中の２時過ぎまでとてもうるさかったです。ソフトドリンクの無料サービスがありましたが、アメニティはシャンプー兼ボディーソープのみでしたので、シャンプーとコンディショナーは持参が必要です。

スタッフの対応はとても親切で、丁寧日本語がわかるスタッフはいなかったが、こちらが日本人と分かるゆっくり英語で説明をしてくれた。部屋は基本的に綺麗で、快適だが毎日のクリーンサービスでコップは交換してくれなかった。廊下の話し声はわりと聞こえた。チェックイン時のデポジットはなかった。また香港に行く際は宿泊したいと思う。

チムサーチョイA2から近く、便利でした。部屋は適度な広さでシンプル、おしゃれでした。受付スタッフの方々もみんな親切で、一人旅でしたが安心できました。コーヒー、プーアル茶、コーラやおみずが付くのも良かった。お風呂は熱いお湯も出て快適、タオル類もふかふかでした。ただバスタブの栓がちゃんとしまらないのか、お湯が身体をつかるほどたまらなかったことが少し残念。また栓の中に髪の毛があったこと、トイレの後ろ側に少し埃がたまっていたことが清潔感の面では若干気になりました。近くに美味しいカメゼリーのお店もあり、レストランもたくさんあります。ただ同じ通りのDVD屋さんの音楽が爆音すぎて、23時頃かな？まで、BGM付きでした笑　全体的にこじんまりですが快適なホテルでした。

我慢できないほどの不満はない

Good: 立地　スタッフが丁寧　無料ソフトドリンク　冷蔵庫、金庫あり　エレベーターにセキュリティあり　交通の便　充電用USBポート　十分な風量のヘアドライヤー Bad: カーテンでなく電動ロールスクリーン　ドライヤーが使える場所に見やすい鏡が無い　洗面所のライティング向きが悪く化粧がしにくかった　シャワーの出はやや弱い　ベッドが極小で155cm中肉中背でもかなり狭いと感じた　服をかける場所とミニバー的な場所が同じ ------ デモ騒動のためか宿泊料は安かった。多少不便はあったが、この価格ならお得。ただ、もし1万円超えるなら多分他を探す。

女性も安心。リピしたくなる宿

チムサーチョイという繁華街にあり、夜遅く帰っても安心。近くにコンビニもあり、便利。常にセキュリティが入り口にいるので、安心です。 1泊目、シャワーの排水がうまくできず、足元に溜まってちょっと不快でしたが、何も言わなかったのに2日目には改善されており、言うことなしです。 Wi-Fiは安定して繋がり、ストレスなしです。スタッフも親切。英語しか通じませんでしたが、こちらが理解するまでゆっくり喋ってくれました。もう1泊しようと思ったところ、値段が前の2泊分より高くなっていたため、星の数は少し減らさせてもらいました。

シンプルですが必要十分。スタッフの方も皆感じが良くち居心地の良い滞在でした。立地も最高で、夜遅くまで人が多い場所なので安心できます。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらうのは有料でした。

写真ではお部屋がとても広く見えたけど、実際はそうでもなかった。向かいにビルがあるので、ブラインドを下げないと部屋の中が丸見え。

最初にチェクインした際は、完全に英語か広東語しか対応できないスタッフだったため少し戸惑いました。こちらが言葉が通じない事に最終的には溜息までつかれて少し嫌な気分になりましたが、その後に現れた別のスタッフは日本語が少し分かる上に、英語も理解できるまで分かりやすく根気強く説明してくれて本当に良い方でした。セキュリティ面はバッチリです。フロントが３階にあります(部屋の階にはカードキーが無いとダイレクトには上がれません)し、１階にはガードマンが24時間常駐していて、その方達も愛想は良かったです。近場の観光名所も、尋ねたら親切なフロントスタッフが地図まで書いて教えてくれ、追加で子連れにオススメのスポットも教えてくれました。(でも、それ以外のスタッフは極普通な対応です。)

清潔感のあるホテルで、街散策にはもってこいです。

ごみごみした街のなかにあるホテルですが、中に入るとレモングラスの香りが漂う清潔感のあるホテルでとても素敵でした。1人旅には丁度いいホテルで快適です。6月末で外の気温は30度を超えて汗だくでしたが、冷えたフリードリンクがホテルのお部屋に付いていましたので、生き返りました。笑香港っぽい街・尖沙咀（サムサーチョイ）の散策にはもってこいでした。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後に、荷物も10香港ドルで預かってもらえます。また香港に来る際には利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
