Rooms were clean and had everything that I needed. Nice to have a gym but pool was too small for an actual swim. The staff all very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is a little bit out of the way from the hustle and bustle of mong kok restaurants which was a slight downside. Also quite often the smell of cigarettes in the communal areas outside my room and around lifts which I really didn't appreciate.

Service at the hotel was good and we were very happy with this. The hotel building itself is getting dated and the light switches are oddly arranged in the rooms. The carpet in some rooms and certain parts of the hotel is old and smells musty, like an old cinema. Location is good, being near a lot of shops in the Mong Kok area, but not near the MTR. The location is good anybody happy to walk around the shopping district.

Arrived at 8:30AM, front desk staff checked us in, not needing to wait for the 2PM check-in time. Hotel staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit dated, bit the room was clean and quite. The date we checked in the hotel, it was the typhoon Ragasa hitting Hong Kong the hardest, but we didn't hear any wind noise from our room. It is a nice hotel, will stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong.

This is the second stay at this hotel. Convenient location to surrounding areas, easy access. Sadly, shuttle service for drop off at Kowloon station for AirPort Express is no longer available.
