「Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und die Aussicht auf das blaue Meer wirklich traumhaft. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung. Beim Service und bei der Zimmerreinigung gibt es jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Getränke mussten trotz Tischservice häufig selbst bestellt werden und der Service war teilweise sehr langsam. Der öffentliche Strand kostet zusätzlich 10 € pro Tag für Liegen. In unserem Zimmer lagen leider mehrere Tage Glassplitter auf dem Boden. Zudem fiel die Klimaanlage für zwei Tage...

「Top! Wie auf den Fotos , alles sauber, ruhig und mit toller Aussicht. Auch die Gastgeber als auch das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Halbpension empfehlenswert. Ein Leihwagen ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert, insofern man Ausflüge und desöfteren kleine Erledigungen ausführen will und die Halbpension nicht gebucht hat, nahezu notwendig. Demnach waren wir ( Paar ) rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, insofern die Wahl nochmals auf Kreta fallen sollte.」

「Hotel created from abandoned village in the hills behind Rethymno. Gorgeous location and top notch accommodations. Breakfast was very good, and we had a great meal one night at the restaurant there. Wish we had stayed longer...」

「You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....

「Overall, it’s a pretty great hotel, but it’s not worth the price point. Pros: - clean room and shared spaces - very warm staff, super helpful and great service - good breakfast selection - welcome drink and traditional beverage provided - in room amenities (hair dryer, iron, tv with many international channels) are great Cons: - for a newly built hotel there were some small issues that you wouldn’t expect. For example the bathroom door in our unit wouldn’t easily close without a very firm...

「Zimmer war sauber, allerdings das Bad könnte etwas mehr desinfiziert werden. Sonst hätte ich 5 * für die Sauberkeit gegeben. Eigentlich war sie eine angenehme Unterbringung. Allerdings ist es dort sehr laut, da nur 2 km davon das Flughafen entfernt ist. Sonst war ich zufrieden.」

「This hotel s beautiful and modern. The breakfast is included and was very good. The shower has excellent water pressure but the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. The deck/pool area could use more privacy from the parking lot. The room has coffee, two tvs, space to sit and relax, and a king size bed. I found the pillows too hard and uncomfortable. There are many delicious restaurants close by.」
