"Very nice spacious room and good breakfast area. Handy to Ritsurin Garden and the shopping arcades. The hotel was quite busy when we were there and the laundry facility was a bit overwhelmed. "

Happened every night I stayed. Bathroom was smallest I've seen. However nice people at reception desk and breakfast buffet attendants made up the flaw. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. I didn't have time to use onsen?big bath tub? I had a hard time adjusting the faucet though. May be it was just me."
