The rooms are new and the beds are very comfortable also. It’s the perfect area to be if you’re visiting Borobudur and north area and also only 25 mins to Malioboro. "Hotel was clean. Our room was very clean, and comfortable. We stayed for three days because it was clean. Great breakfast options. In parts like the edges of the dining area the carpet was ripped and the hotel is a bit on the older side. Needs more maintenance. But otherwise our room was clean and enjoyed our stay. "

"Beautiful historic hotel with incredible service. The pool was refreshing, the food was very good. We also received excellent advice from the travel agent on site and had a marvelous 3 days with a guide. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the area."
"Fabulous stay - one of the top hotels we stayed in while in Indonesia. Hard to find anything negative. The rooms we large, clean and comfortable. The food was over abundant and delicious! The view from the 8th floor at night was beautiful; a place to get away from the noise and bustle of the streets. The bar, while not fully stocked had enough of a variety to keep content.
There was a bartender present every night. He was gracious and worked hard to provide quality service.
I wish we could have stayed longer!"
"Ideal location to visit Borobudur. Go online and book a ticket to get to the top of the temple as numbers are limited. Hotel taxi service perfect. Infinity pool a good size. Get up early to see the sunrise over mount Merapi."
