Just 100 metres from the nearest beach, with sea views from every bedroom and the living room, you’ll find the beautiful Villa Kamik. The villa itself comprises two storeys, features a 32 m² private swimming pool and a lovingly tended garden. It can accommodate 6 + 2 people for a wonderful holiday. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area and a bathroom. The open-plan living area leads directly onto the terrace, which opens onto the garden. The three bedrooms (all with a double bed) and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a terrace overlooking the garden, which is home to wild olive trees and Mediterranean plants. What makes this villa so special is the outdoor area, which features not only the private pool but also Mediterranean plants and an orchard with organically grown fruit, cultivated without the use of any pesticides.

Daily deliveries of fresh goat’s milk, cheese, yoghurt and eggs from local farmers, as well as the option to order organic fruit and vegetables, are available on request. The villa is situated on a quiet street. Kostrena is an old coastal town popular with tourists, located just 9 km from Rijeka, in Kvarner Bay. The small Kostrena peninsula, which slopes gently down to the sea, is just 10 km long. The town is known for its beautiful beaches, clear sea and a 3 km-long promenade along the coast lined with restaurants and bars. You can also enjoy diving, sailing, jet-skiing, as well as cycling and jogging. On the hills above Kostrena, you can find archaeological sites, from which a beautiful panoramic view unfolds. The stunning island of Krk and the mountains of Učka, Platak and Gorski Kotar are easily accessible in around 30 minutes’ drive.
