The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is comfortable, modern and more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool area is immaculate and the paving around the pool didn't get hot, even on very hot days, so you can walk around comfortably in bare feet. "It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

"We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"We had a great time at this villa! The house was very clean and the furniture was really nice. The pool was big and we had a lot of fun swimming and relaxing there. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The villa is in a quiet area, but it's only a 20-minute drive to some beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and had so much fun—it’s a perfect place for a fun and relaxing vacation. I would definetly recommend and visit again."
