Alketa the front desk person was amazing from before we arrived they were prompt to answer all my emails and requests from arranging airport pick up to early check in. When there they were very pleasant and helpful with helping me navigate getting around and supporting other questions. Great service, they made my stay even better 😊

「A small Botique Hotel managed by staff with big hearts who helped me in several ways to make my visit to Pristina and Kosovo in general as meaningful as possible. The Hotel is conveniently located in the city center some minutes away from Mother Teres pedestrian boulevard and Bill Clinton Boutique. Try to eat at Vapiano pasta place right in front of the hotel and Shaban Grill House by Mother Teresa Boulevard. 」
「My second time there and I liked it again. The food and service were very good and the room was lovely. The location is a very convenient and short walk to Mother Teresa Boulevard. My one note is that the TV was very hard to work my first time there and it was again. Otherwise, great stay. 」
