Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell und sehr schön. Durch das Gartentor kommt man über einen Waldweg direkt zum Strand.

Unser Urlaub war in jeder Hinsicht sehr gelungen. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich ein wunderschönes Quartier, der Ort Koserow ist sowieso ein Highlight, wenn man nahe an der Natur wohnen möchte. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Dass es (noch) kein WLAN gibt, ist für Großstädter zwar ungewohnt, aber auszuhalten. Wir werden sicherlich wieder einmal dort buchen.

Toller Urlaub

Schöne Unterkunft, tolle Lage. Wir haben die 6 Tage genossen auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz optimal war aber so ist es nun mal an der See. War alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Bis zum Strand ein Katzensprung kurz durch den Wald. Karls und Stolz zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist toll, etwas abseits in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage, gleich am Küstenwaldrand mit Zugang zum Strand (Treppe mit Rampe für Behinderte) und zu Wander- und Fahrradwegen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt mit einem großzügigen Grundstück, Terrasse und einem verschließbaren Häuschen für Fahrräder. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hübsch und praktisch ausgestattet auch wenn man dort Mahlzeit vorbereiten will. Ein- und Auschecken unproblematisch und bei Fragen sehr guter Kontakt zum freundlichen Vermieter.

Besser geht es nicht

Wir sind als Familie begeistert! Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar und nötigenfalls auch schnell vor Ort! Die Wohnung war für unsere kleine Familie absolut perfekt! Da gibt es von unserer Seite aus keine Abstriche zu machen. Die Lage ist genial. Mann ist fußläufig schnell am schönen Ostseestrand (DLRG ist am Strand!) und auch im Ort Koserow mit dem Kindermagneten „Erdbeerhof“. Mehr ging nicht! Danke für einen super Urlaub! Tolles Team welches das Haus betreut!

Sehr gemütlich. Netter Verwalter. Wenn man die steile Treppe vom Strand ein paarmal überwunden hat ging es :) Für Einkaufen oder Ausflüge Fahrrad empfehlenswert. Anregung: Überdachung oder Sonnenschirm auf Terasse.

Ruhe Lage, nah am Strand

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Garten war für unsere Tochter herrlich zum spielen und toben. Die Nähe zum traumhaften Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnung war alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt vorhanden.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Am Wald gelegenes Ferienhaus. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da eine lange Treppe zum Strand führt. Es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert. Es war ein sehr erholsamer, stressfreier Urlaub.

Gut für Erholungssuchende

Haben die FW bereits viele Jahre über einen anderen Veranstalter gebucht, somit war uns auch bewusst, was uns erwartet. Es klappte bestens mit der Hausverwaltung bei der Schlüsselübergabe, ect. Doch leider hat sich auch über die Jahre nichts verändert. Es sind zwar Kleinigkeiten, die aber einen Aufenthalt gleich viel angenehmer machen würden. Z.B.: Für uns ist es unverständlich, dass es immer noch keine sichere verschließbare Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder gibt, da diese in der heutigen Zeit ganz schnell den Wert eines Kleinwagens erreichen. Somit ist der Versicherungsschutz auch nicht mehr gegeben. Vielleicht betrachtet man die schönen Wohnungen mal mit den Augen der Feriengäste und kann somit sicherlich einige Verbesserungen durchführen.

Kurzurlaub im Mai

Die Fewo ist für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (1 & 4 Jahre) gut geeignet. Wir hatten nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber während der Zeit hat für uns alles wunderbar gepasst. Die Größe des Gartens mit der alten Buche ist wirklich toll. Bei ganz kleinen Kindern muss auf die leichte Hanglage und die Treppen geachtet werden, aber das bekommt man gut hin. Die Möglichkeit der Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, aber ist sicher ein zusätzliches Plus der Fewo. Der Kontakt war sehr sympathisch und offen und auch kleine, plötzliche Reparaturen wurden schnell umgesetzt. ;) Der direkte Zugang zum Küstenwald inkl. des kurzen Weges zum Strand ist klasse. Wir kommen gern wieder. :)

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf Usedom

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Usedom. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral für Unternehmungen auf der gesamten Insel, aber dennoch in ruhiger Lage. In etwa 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Absolute Empfehlung!
