We had a truly wonderful stay at Mosay Kos and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, welcoming, and exceptionally well maintained, with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel like your somewhere amazing from the moment you arrive. What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression. The combination of the lovely hotel, excellent service, and wonderful team made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. We would happily return to Mosay Kos and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Mosay All Suites was incredible. We came here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Great location just a 15 min walk into Old Town. Coming in May, meant round the pool area felt quiet and not over crowded and the jacuzzi room was perfect for the cooler evenings. The staff and all round service was fantastic, facilities well kept and jacuzzis regularly cleaned throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had loads of options and actually great food & cocktails all round.

Mosay All Suites was the perfect accommodation for our stay in Kos. When looking for properties, our priorities were: cleanliness, pool and direct beach access, close enough to Kos Town to walk and explore, and a five-star experience. Far and away our stay exceeded expectations. We had a premium suite swim-up room which was the best decision we made. You don’t realize the convenience of having your room at the pool until you have it. My husband stated multiple times that “this was the most comfortable furniture I’ve had at any hotel”. The pool chairs were beyond relaxing and we often ended the night sitting outside just staring at the pool. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious, clean, and had a great mix of greek and other types of cuisine. We didn’t eat much at the resort beyond that but we did enjoy happy hour at the beach bar every night with cocktails which was not only beautiful but the cocktails were made well. The beach at this resort is stunning. There are few places that compare to this beach front in terms of curb appeal. Our only constructive feedback is that the waitstaff at the beach bar didn’t always provide the kindest service and the room occasionally had a very mild sewage smell (not sure if this is common in Greece as it happened at another five star resort we stayed at as well?). The second we left my husband asked when we were coming back. Efharistó Mosay All Suites!!

We arrived at the hotel and were offered an upgrade (which I think is often the case) by Penelope who was very welcoming and provided a great first impression. We found the price of the upgrade fair compared to the room prices online so went ahead with it. The room itself had a private pool and sea view which was brilliant and we ended up hardly leaving the room in the daytime. We often ordered room service which came with an €8 tray charge but this was clearly stated and mentioned to us by staff each time before we ordered to confirm we were happy. In terms of the food, it was a great standard and we ended up sharing one dish most days as the portion sizes were very generous which was great. Breakfast also had everything you need and was done to good standard. All in all, it is a fantastic hotel which we will recommend to friends and family. The prices for private pool rooms are of course high online but the option to have the possibility of an upgrade on arrival for a very reasonable price is a great option IMO.

- Brandnew property and architectural highlight - Nice staff and no long waiting time during breakfast for coffee and fresh orange juice - Directly located at the beach with a nice beach bar - The room with the pool and sea view is absolutely perfect - Gym was clean and useful - Location good and in walking distance to the centre of Kos - Thanks to Dora at the reception for the warm welcome :-) - We will definitely come back!

Very nice modernly designed hotel on the beach in contact with the sea, which gives it a great advantage over other luxury hotels that are not directly on the beach. Friendly staff, very tasty breakfast, …. What bothered me was the beds, which were too soft, although they were double beds, but they were made of two parts, which was not comfortable, because they were divided in the middle and it was pushing against you.

This was my second visit to Kos and I chose this hotel hoping for a new experience. I regret that decision and wish I had returned to the other local five star property. While the hotel’s architecture is striking and the design gives an initial impression of luxury, the reality did not match the expectation. Although the rooms are finished to a high standard, there were visible defects throughout the property. Service was inconsistent. Some staff were excellent, but repeated unprofessional interactions overshadowed this. A serious issue arose when I was wrongly accused on multiple occasions of not paying a pool bar tab, despite showing clear proof. The situation was poorly handled by staff and management, leaving me feeling embarrassed and frustrated. The hotel has some redeeming features. The pool area is spacious with direct beach access. The gym is small but useful. The spa staff were polite but the experience lacked the calm and luxury expected, ending abruptly in a public area near guests queueing for towels. Breakfast was similarly underwhelming. Coffee came from a machine and the buffet lacked the quality expected from a five star resort. What began with promise quickly declined due to poor service, mismanagement and a lack of professionalism. These issues significantly impacted my stay. This hotel does not meet five star standards and my experience was far below what I had hoped. I would not return and do not recommend it. One star.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und das Personal stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserer Swim-Up Suite. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen; zudem haben wir zwei Abende im Nalu Restaurant gegessen und waren begeistert. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung.

Susberes Zimmer vorallem die Putzkräfte sind sehr gut und freundlich Bei den Zimmers mit den Sonnenliegen würde ich die noch in Sunrise und Sunset zimmers unterteilen bei der Buchung den wir hatten ein Sunrise hätten aber lieber ein Sunset zimmer gehabt. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen das essen im Noema Restaurant war sehr sehr gut. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und hatten wieder einen schönen Urlaub. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, das Essen ist okay, dennoch fühlen wir uns hier sehr wohl – sonst würden wir nicht wiederkommen. Leider ist uns dieses Jahr der große Personalwechsel aufgefallen. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Mustafa, Fatma, Zeynep, Erisiana und Sofia. Sie waren wie immer freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich und haben unseren Urlaub bereichert. Beim neuen Personal fehlte es dagegen oft an Aufmerksamkeit. Teilweise mussten wir lange auf Getränke oder Bestellungen warten. Außerdem hatten wir – wie schon im letzten Jahr – den Eindruck, dass der Oberkellner uns häufig ignorierte. Woran das lag, können wir nicht beurteilen, dennoch hinterließ es einen negativen Eindruck. Was uns auch fehlte das Mustafa keine Bestellungen mehr aufnehmen durfte, wobei er letztes Jahr ein wirklich tollen Service gemacht hatte und äußerst schnell war. Vom neuen Personal ist uns aber positiv im Gedächtnis geblieben, die Eleni & Marius von der Pool Bar. Zudem möchten wir uns bei Evelina bedanken die unser Zimmer wieder gereinigt hat und auch schon letztes Jahr ein wirklichen tollen und großartigen service gemacht hatte. Nur an einem Tag legte ein DJ auf der wirklich Mega war. Danke an den DJ. Ansonsten lief wieder überwiegend ruhige Entspannungsmusik wobei afro House/House die Stimmung wahrscheinlich noch mehr heben und besser passen könnte.
