「This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

「Lovely stay over 3 nights. Would have been nice to use the steam room without extra charge.but it’s in the spa section. Normally not s fan of large buffets, but this was really good. For the price paid and the experience we were v happy」
