Before Arrival
Please complete the online check-in form we will send before your arrival. This allows us to prepare your Bodensee Card WEST, which includes free public transportation and many local discounts.
Please register all accompanying guests so each person receives their own card.

All indoor areas, including shared spaces, are strictly non-smoking for everyone’s comfort.
Penalty for violation: €150 cleaning fee
🏠 Respectful use of the apartment
Please treat the apartment with care. Return any moved furniture to its original place and report any damages.
Damage fees: €50–100 depending on the case
🧼 Additional cleaning
If the apartment is left excessively dirty, we reserve the right to charge extra cleaning fees.

🐾 Pets are welcome
Please inform us in advance. A one-time cleaning fee of €30 applies, payable on-site or online.
