"The Akrotiri Hotel was really good, so much so that we stayed longer than planned. The host Timus was very accommodating explaining that the breakfast was €7 extra per person despite the booking site stating that it was free but the receipt was ambiguous in that respect. The who are was very clean and tidy with fantastic beaches that we had largely to ourselves given it was still early in the season with clean public toilets at most beaches and towns. Regrettably a few inconsiderate camper vans...

"It was a great experience in every way. The house is super charming and cozy, with all the conforts you might need. It's just a short walk from a little village with a bar and a small market. The location is perfect too, since it's close to the main road that goes across the island, so you can easily reach all the nicest spots. And, last but not least, John and Julia were wonderful hosts - warm and welcoming, never intrusive - and they really made us feel at home like never before."
