The host’s communications with me was terrible. Even though he accepted my booking weeks ago, at no point did he inform me that my 4 night stay would involve having to move to another unit in the middle of my stay and be without an unit or room for a period of time - causing great inconvenience to me. Obtaining basic information from the host about the check in process was difficult and the information was woefully incomplete. The host also provided excuses for his failure to meet basic expectations. From my perspective, his communications to me were not of a professional caliber that I have expected from (and have previously experienced from) a Vrbo-listed host. I have posted the photos of the host’s communications with me so Vrbo and readers can make their own judgments. I’m terribly disappointed with the experience of this stay.
