「Excellent Service and staff behavior was good! Location also convenient for travelers」

「This is not a hotel, rather a guest house. The front door is locked between 11pm to 7am and you would need additional help if you need to go out or get back in during that time. Also there’s no housekeeping. If you want your room to be cleaned, you would need to stay in your room during the day so that it can be cleaned in your presence. The owner doesn’t trust the staffs so they don’t get spare keys to enter the room. 」

「This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire life. There were several issues with our stay: 1. The hotel phone number provided on Expedia is incorrect, and we could not connect with the hotel. 2. The hotel forced us to pay the full amount again, in cash, despite us showing receipt of having paid for the booking by credit card.
