Summary:
Anno 2021 is a modern renovated coastal villa located between Koksijde and Sint-Idesbald. This property is the perfect base for a family getaway on our west coast. You have a stylishly furnished house with 4 bedrooms & two bathrooms, more than enough space! There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway of this home. On the nice terrace you can enjoy a delicious aperitif, and children can have fun in the garden!
The Space:
Upon arrival you arrive on the mezzanine floor. Here you will find a spacious living room with a nice sitting area, a cozy dining area and a modern, spacious kitchen. The kitchen has modern appliances and a wide selection of cooking and eating utensils. From this space you have a view and access to the garden. The garden also has outdoor furniture, so you can also enjoy a delicious meal or breakfast outside.
Between the dining area and kitchen you have stairs to the first floor. Here you will find a spacious bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. A television is also provided. You walk through to a room with double bed and adjoining bathroom.
If we walk through the living space to the second floor, we find another bedroom with double bed. On this floor you also have a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the accommodation and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.
LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
