「全体的に良かった。特にキッチン周りの充実(ホームベーカリーやバリスタ、冷蔵庫のデカさ、食器の清潔さ、などなど)や本格的なバレルサウナ、家具などは満足。一方、チェックイン16時からなので、1泊2日の場合初日は十分にサウナを満喫できず、15時だと嬉しいところ。チェックアウトが11時なので翌日に楽しめたが、できれば時間を気にせず初日に楽しみたい。」

「HiMoewYa’s place provided such a very beautiful and peaceful respite. It was only a 5 minute walk away from the bus station(also near to cab ride if you want) from Kyoto Station, and a 10-15 minutes walk into the city center, and offered many of the creature-comforts necessary for traveling with kids ( a well-functioning kitchen, a washing machine, plenty of gorgeously-appointed space, excellent air conditioning, and comfortable beds). 「Incredible property. Perfect for larger groups (mine had 6). You get the whole building to yourself and it’s separated by bathroom (which has a private Onsen), bed rooms, and living room. There were some minor issues but the host was very communicative and quick to fix such as a toilet not flushing or soap dispensers being empty. Overall fantastic stay」

「Staff friendly, property is clean and quiet」

「A quiet and placent place.」

「The property was just as advertised and perfect for 3 generations of a family to stay together comfortably. The location was walking distance to bus stops, train stations, convenience stores and supermarkets. The only issues were that the rooms and house gets very cold if the heat is not constantly running and there was no electricity coming from the outlets in the dining room or bedroom directly above it. These are not something that should deter someone from staying at this location.」

「There was 8 of us who stayed in the house and we all had our own bed. That is why I booked this house and it was perfect. Don’t hesitate if you’re debating on it. You’ll be so glad you did. You’ll get an authentic feeling stay. Short 4 min walk to 7 Eleven and 6 min walk to bus. It is a farther walk (15ish min) from subway, which is what you’ll need to take when you have luggage. "今年になって5回の利用。今回は祇園祭り後祭のために宿泊。全てがパーフェクト。また8月に利用する予定です。一つ気になることは、海外の方の大浴場でのマナーが悪いこと。これは十数回利用させて頂いてる全てで感じること。かなり腹立たしい思いになるので、大浴場は日本人の方は利用しない方が嫌な気分にならない分、良いかと思います。 "

"従来は明るく清潔なホテルという印象でしたが、今回、初めてExpediaで「部屋タイプ指定なし」を選んだ所、「駅の屋根しか見えない部屋」をアサインされました。屋根に写るホテル外観を見ると、この「屋根しか見えない部屋」は結構な数があるように見え、予約時に気を付けなければならないなと思った次第です。以下　問題点１，カーペットが所々剥げておりメンテナンスの劣化が著しい。２，部屋が暗いためか清掃も行き届いていなかった。３，湯温調整が「赤」「青」ハンドルの手動調整。４，部屋代金が同じにも関わらず、大人１子供１の部屋は更に劣る部屋（多分シングルユース用）だった。５，これを「スタンダードルーム」と呼ぶのは疑問。６，駅の建物全体が迷路状でアクセスし辛い。７，ロビーに椅子・ソファーが少なく待機場所がない。良かった点１，立地が良い。２，どのスタッフも対応が良い。３，なんだかんだ言っても選択肢はこちら以外ないので、次回も泊まらせていただきます。が、せめてカーペットは何とかして欲しい。"
