"We were in Raleigh for a mini-vacation and stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The bed and linens were clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The AC was a little loud and annoying but it kept the room cool. Breakfast wasn’t extraordinary. It’s your basic scrambled eggs and sausage patties, cereals, bagels and muffins. Let’s not forget the waffle maker! I think there’s room for improvements. Overall stay was satisfactory. I would stay here again if I was in the area."

"The hotel is nice and clean. Just wanted to bring attention to this: I worked night shift this week and I checked in Tuesday 4/14 around 2:30 am. I got my key and room assigned and walked to my room. Key worked, tried to open the door and… the door has the door lock bolt from the inside. I honestly panicked and start walking away from the door. A gentleman came half asleep and startled. I apologized and showed him my room key. Fortunately he understood and went back to sleep. That could’ve ended VERY bad for me. Imagine someone trying to open your room door at 2:30 in the morning!! I understand it was a mistake from the front desk personnel. But, I travel a lot for work and in over 15 years of staying out of town in hotels, this is the very first time this happens to me."

"The home was very clean. I loved the kitchen and dining room. Utensils, dishes, and cookware cabinets/drawers were labeled, making it easy to find what we needed. Our family found the beds to be comfortable and we all rested well. We appreciated the snacks and drinks provided by the host. We enjoyed the walking path. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by. We hope to return again in the future."

"We just did an overnight stay because our beloved pet was having surgery at the ER nearby. I barely even remember the hotel...but, I do remember it was very spacious, clean and had a great kitchen area and 2 TVs."

"My day was absolutely horrible. I checked in the room and they checked me into a room that wasn’t even clean. Garbage was everywhere. I booked a non-smoking room the whole entire hotel smells like smoke. I went down to the front desk and got no assistance. They didn’t even try to accommodate their mistake and put me in a different room. Neither did they refund me my money. This hotel is a joke and I’m actually shocked that Apex is still allowing them to operate in the heart of their town"
