結論から言うと、大変素晴らしい施設だと思います。 理由は、 1_設備が綺麗、スタッフの対応も素晴らしい 2_賑やかなエリアが至近、治安も良い 3_金額もリーズナブル となります。 一つだけ不満なことは朝食ビュッフェのホットミールメニューがやや少ない気がしました。 ただ、エッグステーションのメニューは豊富で定番のサニーサイドアップ、スクランブルエッグ、オムレツ以外にも多数あり。 タイ風オムレツはかなり刺激的！ぜひ楽しんで欲しいです♪

ホテルから出ない方には最高です
空港から近く、チャウエンロードのメインからは少し離れています。歩いて15分くらいですが、雨も多く歩道も悪いので、タクシーで移動することになるかと思います。ビーチとプールも空いていて快適です。ビーチにはレストランが並び、すぐ近くにビーチのマッサージ屋さんもいくつもあります。朝食ブッフェも良かったです。

高級感溢れるホテル
プール付きの部屋に宿泊しました。このプールは日陰のせいか水が冷たくて入れませんでした。高い金額を出したのにこの点は少し残念でした。しかし、部屋に関してはプールの点を除いては全く問題なく、清潔感が有り良かったです。 また、共通のプールは小さいのですが、宿泊者も少ないので問題ないと感じました。そしてビーチに直接行けるので快適です。ビーチは真っ白な砂浜で遠浅です。 チェンウェンの中心までは徒歩で5分程度・。大きなスーパーまでは15分程度ですがブラブラ歩くには丁度良い距離だと思います。逆に大音量の広告車が近くまで来ないので快適でした。

小規模ながら高級感もあり
ホテル自体はこじんまりとしているが、お洒落リゾートホテル。目の前にはビーチもあるが潮の関係か濁っていたのでプールでのんびりをお勧めする。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーでチェックアウト時には女将さん的な方がわざわざお見送りをしてくれた。 プールアクセス部屋にしたが蚊が多かった。現地に着いたらまず虫除け購入をお勧めする。 ホテルを出て左に徒歩10分から15分あればチャウエンビーチロードの繁華街。コンビニも左に徒歩10分。ホテル右前のコンビニは無かったと思う。 総じてまた利用したいホテル。

空港から5〜10分と大変近く、フライトで疲れていても問題なしの立地で素晴らしかったです。空港ブッキングのタクシーで500バーツでした。 チャウエンビーチ沿いということで、マッサージ屋、飲食店、コンビニ、ナイキやアディダスなどのアウトレットストアも徒歩圏内にあり、飽きない施設でした。

Stay three days. Very nice breakfast served everyday and valuable egg dishes were cooked after taking an order. Hotel is built very close to beach so able to swime in the beach within 1minute. Almost staff can speak English. But there are no staff who can speak Japanese.

穏やかな海と白の砂浜でのんびりと高級リゾートを満喫！
チャウエンビーチの北端にあるホテルで部屋数のそんなに多くない分、静かでのんびりと過ごすには、とても良いホテルです。３連泊したのですが、２日目から朝食のレストランでも、こちらが日本人であるせいもあって、顔も覚えてもらい部屋番号も告げなくて対応してもらえました。あと、チェックインの際のパスポートを提示で、滞在中に私が誕生日を迎えることがわかったみたいで、 夜に部屋に戻ると、メッセージと冷蔵庫にケーキが入っていました。とてもおいしいケーキでした。 また、サムイを訪れることがあれば、是非訪れたいと思います。

ロケーション、サービス、フード、アクティビティ、エンターテイメント、すべてがパーフェクト！ まさにここは楽園です。 ディナーも毎日テーマが変わり、バッフェでも十分すぎるほど食事が楽しくなります。 また、ビーチでのスペシャルディナーも雰囲気最高でお薦めです。 わざわざ砂でテーブル、イスを作り、周囲はランプで囲まれるムード満点の素敵なシーン。

とても過ごしやすいホテルでした
4泊5日で利用しました。バルコニーにジャクジーがあるタイプの部屋にしました。プールは共有のもので十分だったのでプライベートプールではなくジャクジータイプにして大正解でした。バスルームにも浴槽がありますが、小さめだったので。。。部屋はあまり防音がされていないのか、多少道路の音（車や宣伝車の音など）が気になりましたが夜寝るときは気になりませんでした。 プールや海に行く際のビーチバッグ、ビートサンダル、麦藁帽子が部屋に備え付けられており便利でした。室内用スリッパも常備。また蚊が多いということで蚊取りベープのようなものもありましたが一度も刺されませんでした。難点は部屋の空調。外から帰ってくると冷蔵庫のように冷やしており、寝る際に温度を25度くらいにすると蒸し暑くて寝れず、22度くらいにすると寒くて寝れず。風量も弱にしても日本の「強」くらいあります・・・。 朝ごはんは毎日交代でアジアンヌードルかお粥があり、飽きませんでした。卵料理は数種類、パンケーキやワッフルも頼むと出来立てを持ってきてくれます。ビーチにでればいくつかレストランやビーチバーがあり、エントランスの目の前にはファミリーマートがあります。チャウエンの中心街まで徒歩で15分ほど。バイクがあればすぐです。 スタッフも皆笑顔で感じがよく、設備も綺麗にされておりとても良いホテルでした。

エントランスからの海の風景が素敵なホテル。
日本語は皆無ながらも、ホスピタリティの質が高く困ることはなかった。レストランも近くに困らない程度にはあり、コンビニへも2分。チャウエンの中心地にはtaxiで200バーツ。ものすごく暑かったけど、人も少なくてのんびり。ただ、ホテル前の海は汚なさMAXでビックリ。でも左側に300m位歩くと綺麗な海があります。遠浅なので泳ぐという感じではありません。そして、海水は温泉並みの熱さ‼本当にお湯でした。 ホテル7時発で島へのツアーに申し込んだので、6時半からの朝食ビュッフェに時間ぴったりにいったら、まだ何も準備されていなかった(ToT)。部屋のシャワーの水圧がいまひとつ！残念だったのはそのくらい。 日本人に会うことはなく、欧米人、中国人、韓国人がほとんど。あと、バーツへの両替は絶対にサムイ島内の両替店ですべき。山ほどあります。日本で替えてしまうと、かなり損です！

Our Suite room size of 70 Sqm is consider a Suite as its area size is spacious and equivalent to Two Deluxe Rooms ( Size 30 to 35 Sqm ) of a 4 or 5 star city hotel. As to the staff not in touch with your complaint, there could have been a ‘misunderstanding in communication ’ as our staff do not speak nor understand the Japanese language. Thank you. 空港からも近く（乗り合いリムジンバスで15分位） 　ホテルの前には、コンビニ、メインストリートまで徒歩３、４分、とても良い立地にあります　従業員の方もとても明るく　レンタカーの手配や街での食事場所の情報など、決め細やかなサービスを受けました 部屋も申し分なく大満足でした。　出来ればプール付き部屋に宿泊することがお薦めです

コンビニ、レストラン、マッサージ、ビーチ、全て徒歩圏内です
帰国日が早朝便だったので、ホテルの朝食が食べれない時間でした。ホテル側には何も言ってませんでしたが、チェックアウト時に、テイクアウトボックス入れたサンドイッチと飲み物が用意されていました。サムイ空港で無料の軽食があると確認していたので、朝食のことは気にしてませんでしたが、とても嬉しい気づかいでした。 プールアクセスのプールやバルコニーは午後になると陽があたりません。一日ごろごろするならビーチサイドベッドチェアが良いと思います。

Good, but definitely not 5 stars
I enjoyed our stay in Sareeya but felt it was not what we expected. Maybe better not to emphasis "Romanic or Cool", as there were always occupied with kids who were screaming and parents who played with them, also, many families who drunk and played volleyball in the pool which made us not to feel to be closed to the pool. To be honest, it was like amusement park, far from your advertisement. As I read the feedback people, they pointed the same thing but the general managers comment was always same. You know it if you read. Also, the hotel staff are generally kind but I did not accept at all the lady at the reception did not offer us an umbrella even if I asked when we tried to go to the restaurant in front of the beach when it was heavily raining after we checked out. I know there are hotel's umbrellas in the room so you cannot say you don't have those so easily... In addition, the bed making and room cleaning are not good enough. Like this, it is ok enough if 3 stars but far from 5 stars, as you are aware.

Our target market is predominately individually travelers, however, there are some times of the year, where there is a changeover of clientele due to holiday seasons. 清潔感のある雰囲気良いホテル。サービスは行き届いている。
3世代旅行6人で利用しました。 １．部屋について Sareeraya Suite Jacuzzi Pool Access（ホテル棟）を予約しましたが、うち1部屋はヴィラ（プール付き）にアップグレードしてもらえました。しかしヴィラはSareeraya Suite（70 m3）よりやや狭いです。 ホテルは全体的にとても清潔で、快適に過ごせました。ベッドもとても快適でした。 トイレの流れが悪く2回くらい詰まらせてしまいましたが、すぐに修繕にきてくれました。 ヴィラのジャグジーにあるシャワーの出が悪く、使ったのは1回のみで、あとはシャワーで済ませました（バスタブとは別のシャワースペース）。 ２．プール ヴィラのプールは大きくなく入ることはなく、共有プールを利用しました。タオルや浮輪等も準備されています。 プールにある飲食ですが、カクテルなどアルコール類は税サービス込みで1,000円もします。飲み物等はコンビニやスーパーで購入しました。 ３．朝食 タイ料理から洋食まであります。おかゆもありました。 ワッフル、卵料理、クレープ等もオーダーで作ってくれます。種類も多く、かなりのボリュームでした。 欧州からの客が多いのか、フランスパンやチーズ等もありました。 ４．ホテル前のビーチ 白砂で遠浅でした。 ５．ウェルカムフルーツ ライチが提供されました。冷えていればよかったのに。 ６．全体的に ホテルの雰囲気（ライトアップされている）はとても良いです。小規模ホテルでサービスは行き届いています。

掃除、メンテが行き届いていません
オープン当時は素敵だったんだろうな、というのはわかりますが、掃除、メンテナンスが行き届いていないのがはっきりわかるかるくらいのひどさでした。 プール前のvillaにアップグレードしていただきましたので、プールにもビーチにも近くて便利でしたが、お部屋はあまり隅々まできれいには保たれておらず、バスタブのジャグジーは動かすと水垢のようなゴミが出て使えませんでした。タオルも使い古されていて、ゴワゴワで、掃除もタオルを替えただけかのような感じでした。 最悪だったのは結婚式があって、夜中の12時までどんちゃん騒ぎだったこと。知っていれば予約しませんでした。 とはいえ、街までは歩いて行けるし便利なロケーションではありました。 個人的には二度とここには泊まりません。

全体的に良いホテルで又機会があれば泊まってみたいと思います。 ２階のジャグジー付の部屋でしたが１階のプールアクセスの部屋より良かったと思いました。 プールやビーチの手入れが行き届き快適でした。トランジットラウンジがあり、チェックアウト後出発まで使えて便利でした。部屋には電気式蚊取り線香がありましたが使わなくても済みました。 ただ、以下の点が気になりました。 ①ジャグジーの排水口のふたが壊れていて開閉がうまくいかなかった。 ②ベランダへのドアの鍵が閉まりはするものの壊れていた。 ③夜にルームサービスを頼み食べ終わった後電話で連絡したのに朝まで残っていて、残飯が散らかり蟻の行列が出来ていた。 ④直ぐ裏の道路の車の音が若干聞こえる。 ⑤3人で泊まったのにタヲルの補充が2枚だけだった。

ロケーション抜群のホテル
ビーチが目の前、プールもありで1日ホテルで過ごせます。 ビーチはプライベートビーチなので、落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくりすごせます。 近くでイベントをやっていたから？なのか、夜遅くや朝早くに花火のような音で起こされたのが残念でした。 その点を除けば、部屋も広いしロケーションも抜群なので素敵なホテルだと思います。

繁華街からは少しあるけど、便利！
サリラヤスィートの３階のお部屋に宿泊しました。 シービューで気持ちよく、またお部屋も広くて気持ちよかったです。 朝ごはんがおいしかった～～～ 種類が多いわけではありませんが クロワッサンの上にスモークサーモンとポーチドエッグを乗せたものは絶品☆ ホテルの入り口の目の前は病院ですし、コンビニや薬局は近く、マッサージも室内と屋外と両方あり、便利でした。 また利用したいです。

落ち着いた雰囲気。
　部屋数も小規模で落ち着いた雰囲気。プールも良し。スタッフも良し。 レストランも味良し、朝食のビュフェでも卵料理の注文の種類が多く 大満足。

いいホテルでした
空港から車で十分くらいで到着しました。 朝の到着なのでまだインできませんでしたが、トランジェットルームがあり着替えしてすぐ行動できました。 このルームはシャワー、トイレ、パソコン、リクライニングチェアー等があり大変便利でした、荷物は持ってきてくれますし着替え後電話すると取りに来てくれました。 部屋も綺麗で広くて快適です、特にお風呂が便利で浴槽は広くすぐ横に天井シャワーがあり日本式のお風呂の入り方が出来ます。 プールの中にもチェアーがありリゾート感覚満点です、ビーチ沿いにもプールを出たところにもチェアーが多くあり気さくなボーイさんが飲み物などの注文をとりに来てくれます。 リゾートするには最高でした。

Wir hatten unser Zimmer an der Straßenseite (Hauptstraße) und deshalb war es die ganze Nacht über ziemlich laut. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Beanstandungen. Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit wird sehr hoch geschrieben!

Everything during our stay was perfect. Its restaurant and bar are great with happy hour. The pool is clean and relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The beach is very nice but despite hotel’s efforts there was a bit of trash. Considering that it is a public beach, local authorities could coordinate with hotels to keep the area as clean as it is beautiful. We will will come back.
