  • Our newly renovated, 70-square-meter apartment is decorated in a tropical style and, with its 3 rooms, can accommodate 4 people. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. Extras such as a parking space, a balcony, lockable bike racks, a special rate at the gym, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle) round out your stay.
    You can buy groceries at Aldi or Rewe, which are located right next to the apartment building.

    You’ll receive a link a few days before your arrival. There you’ll find all the important information about the apartment (Wi-Fi password, etc.) and about Koblenz (restaurant recommendations, tips on sights, and things you simply must do in Koblenz, etc.).

Gute eingerichtete moderne Ferienwohnung. Sicherer Parkplatz am Haus. Lage ist auch gut, zentrumsnah und verschiedene Möglichkeiten für Selbstversorger. CheckIn unkompliziert, da mit Schlüsselbox. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

Der Parkplatz war in der Anreise Beschreibung gut beschrieben zwar nur ein schotterplatz ,zirka 100 Meter vom Eingang entfernt. Aldi und DM sind direkt daneben. Die Wohnung war sauber und so wie beschrieben, eine Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden nur eine Espresso Maschine war dort.

Das Apartment war genau wie inseriert. Eine genaue Beschreibung der Anfahrt hat uns direkt zum Objekt geführt. Eine Bushaltestelle genau vor der Haustür mit direkter Anbindung ans Zentrum. Alles bestens! Danke wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Es waren ein paar schöne Tage in dieser gemütlichen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zu Weihnachten gab es sogar einen netten Weihnachtsgruss mit Schokoweihnachtsmann..... gerne wieder...

Urlaub in der Stadt

Die Zeit in Koblenz haben wir genossen. Es ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Die Wohnung liegt mit ca. 1,5 km nah am Stadtzentrum sowie am Bahnhof. Koblenz war für uns während des Aufenthaltes auch Startpunkt für Ausflüge entlang des Rheins.

Wir waren das zweite Mal bei Olga zu Gast und es war einfach schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und es war einfach alles da, was man braucht um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen :) Olga ist super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und war immer für uns erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung

Urlaub in Koblenz

Koblenz ist eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Vor der Unterkunft ist gleich die Bushaltestelle. Sehr praktisch, wenn man mit der DB anreist. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Ich persönlich hätte mir eine Filterkaffeemaschine und einen Toaster gewünscht.

Great apartment

Overall, the apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. It was in the perfect location for us driving to Cologne and down the Mosel Valley to Trier. Host was incredibly attentive and gave very detailed instructions of where to park, how to enter the apartment, and great suggestions of where to eat and visit. The grocery store is literally a two minute walk away. We enjoyed shopping there and making our own dinners in the apartment.
