Oriental Hotel Universal City
部屋はとても清潔で綺麗でしたが、バスタブの水垢やカビが目立っていたのが残念です。 また、レストランの女性スタッフに、髪の毛が長かったり、簡易的やクリップで留めてあるだけで飲食を扱う身だしなみには不適切な気がします。

Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport
The reason that not five stars is that it lacks a sign to point out the check-in is downstairs at 1st floor. If you come directly from terminal using the sky bridge, it connects you to the restaurant. Certainly you can ask, but Japanese is their language, good luck.

ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower
Staff was very friendly, and kind. The hotel is so beautiful and really worth every penny. Indoor smoking area very convenient, and there is a store across that is 24/7 and came in handy.
