Kobe Portopia Hotel
The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, except for the bathtub, which you don’t realize until taking a bath. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price, not much choice of fresh fruit and salad, as well as terribly crowded!

Hotel Keihan Universal Tower
Great hotel near Universal for our family of 5. What was not helpful was that we were ushered to do a self check-in and not advised of any of the amenities, such as the pool or restaurant. English was limited for staff members.

A/C wasn’t working properly, bathroom had a musky smell that never went away. Was very close to Universal Studios. Convenient
