The friendly and helpful staff added to the beautiful setting, quality onsen water, and amazing view.

Overall good

There are many hotels to choose from in the Kirishima area, but I selected Pulse Kirishima because it's only about a 5-minute drive from Kirishima Jingu, making it a great base for sightseeing. I highly recommend booking a room in the Renovated Wing. We stayed in a Superior Room, and it was well worth it. The renovated wing is much closer to the lobby, restaurant, pool, and onsen, making it very convenient. The view from our room was stunning. However, if you're visiting during the summer, keep...

We were there for three days and had a beautiful relaxing time. The facility was amazing. The only reason I didn’t give the place the highest rating was because the food was just okay.

It was a wonderful place to stay because of the views, hot springs, food, and people. I will be there again!

Besides of the clean room and staffs'

Wonderful place to relax. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Great buffet!

I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination.

This place is literally heaven. It’s very luxurious. The staff is amazing. The food is impeccable. The chef literally changes the menu every day every morning every night. The most amazing thing was my room. It was incredible. It had an outside hot Springs the living room the bathroom and the private sauna is just amazing super clean super super clean. They give you robes Japanese where to go outside Japanese where to go to dinner and breakfast. The outside is clean air and you can visit the...

Great!

Staff was great! City and suburbs are wonderful and the people are truly friendly! The hotel was spacious, convenient and clean.

This hotel had a spacious room for three people and outstanding guests door and outdoor onsen bathes. I highly recommend this hotel. We plan to stay there on our next trip.

The room was small, but extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I will stay here again if I come back to Kirishima!

We stayed for three relaxing days in late April in a 9th floor room with a great view of Aoshima Island. The non-smoking room was very nice and well maintained. The staff were all very nice even though the hotel was crowded due to Golden Week crowds. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again if I was to visit the Miyazaki area again. The onsen baths were well maintained and it was nice getting up early to watch the sun rise while enjoying the soothing bath. The only improvement I'd make would...
