Great location and service

Great service, nice hotel, however some bungalows are located quite far from the sea. I true relaxing place for families and couples. Massage ladies are so kind. Food in the restaurant is affordable, but small portions.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting in an ideal location on this tiny island. It is really idyllic. The hotel is a little tired but the pricing reflects this. We had a very comfortable stay. The dive centre was also located here. Transfers were also easy as the drop off / collection point was at this hotel. The staff were very helpful.

We stayed in a hilltop room, the view was breathtaking! Huge spotless room and bathroom and a large lanai with chairs and table. The staff were courteous helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good!

Pænt resort med god beliggenhed. Personalet er hurtige og hjælpsomme. Rengøringen sidder næsten klar til at gøre værelset klar når man går til morgenmaden. Ærgerligt at de ikke selv efterlever princippet om at bruge håndklæder i flere dage for at spare på vask. Meget charter.

Ko Hai und das Fantasy Resort sind ein Traum. Alle Mitarbeiter haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir waren allerdings auch 2 Tage lang die einzigen Gäste in der Low Saison Ende Mai. Alles war mega entspannend und das Hausriff läd zum Schnorcheln vom Strand aus ein.

Hotellområdena är fina och fräscha. Läget är toppen. Det går att bada hela dagen trots lågvatten. Vi bodde i ett standardrum med ac. Storleksmässigt var rummet bra men standarden var väldigt sliten. Frukosten var god men den fylldes inte på trots att det var en timme kvar. Poolen var fin. Solstolar finns både vid stranden och vid poolen. Rekommenderar för att läget är toppen och att det är en bra pool.

Vi hade 2 fantastiska nätter där. Hotellet är bra lite slitet, nu kom vi från 5 stjärnigt boende och då är det lätt att glömma att det är en liten ö med en helt annan puls. Vi hade ett rum med bra läge, nära till allt så vi hade det toppen. Maten på kvällen riktigt bra, prova fisken. Servicenivån är inre på topp förutom i restaurangen. Men som överallt annars i Thailand väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma
