"The facility is beautiful, in a renovated historic building. Our apartment was spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed sunset overlookimg the bay in tne deck. The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge Dylan. He was so welcoming, friendly interesting and helpful. He suggested some fabulous hikes one in Wildnerness and one in Plettenburg Bay. "

"We just spent two nights at St James and we loved it. It it right in front lot the Knysna lagoon and offers a great boat ride to all guests, which we enjoyed. We were upgraded on arrival by the very kind staff who man the reception. Knysna is a very interesting destination, we loved the Two Heads excursion to the ocean. We recommend Dt James to all travellers to Knysna and we would like to thank the staff for the very profesional and kind atttitude."

"We had a great stay here on our trip through the garden route. The property was well maintained, had amazing views, and had a friendly staff. Upon arrival the owner greeted us and gave us the rundown of property and local eats. My only regret was not staying in this location longer. You won’t be disappointed with this property or location. Thanks for the hospitality and I hope to be back soon!"

"Just love Knysna"

"We have just spent 2 nights at Roseroc. We had a lovely room with balcony over looking gardens and super views of the lagoon. Kevin was a great host and most helpful in restaurant and things to do recommendations. The breakfast was very good. The ‘Roseroc poached eggs were divine’. The was a glass of port and little shortbread biscuit waiting for us on return from our dinner, a lovely end to the evenings. The guest house is walkable to the waterfront but we got Ubers back with no problem. We would return again if back in SA. "
