「Very clean, nice place to stay」

「This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4...

「The place was adorable and perfect space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was stocked with coffee/muffins/snacks and water. We were comfortable and happy! The neighborhood is fine but surrounding houses are a bit run down. They did a nice job updating this house though. 」

「A quirky lay-out but once you get used to things it works. The place was very clean, neat, and well-appointed (including the kitchen) so no issues there. I was worried about noise b/c of the location but did not hear anything except the occasional dog until the morning. Getting to Knoxville, GSMNP, &c was simple and easy. As I ask whenever I leave--would I stay here again? and the answer is a definite "yes".」

「Upon arrival we were not able to unlock the front door with the code given. I contacted property manager & response was immediate. The rental was extremely clean. The kitchen could use a couple items, such as a large spoon, decent size mixing bowl & a pizza pan. We enjoyed being able to control the temperature on each individual floor. Overall, it was a good experience & we would stay again.」
