Everything you need is there. If cooking is not for you there's always the microwave! Or you could visit the island's Gealic Heritage centre. Great food. "Only downside is lack of hotel parking. Having said that we loved the hotel. Staff were lovely left you in peace but were there if you needed something. Our suite was really lovely with a great view and the use of the thermal spa a great treat. Will definitely come back again. "

"Lovely hotel with easy parking, great food (try the tart for dessert!), beautiful views in the lounge and restuaraunt, and a delightful pool and spa area. Note that you do need reservations for the outdoor hot tub (we were late arrivals and early departure, and did not check on the process for that). Would happily return and hopefully spend more than one night next time."

"In a great location in the centre of Oban, with most of the places you would want to visit within walking distance. There is a convenient car park across the street if you need it. The building is old and full of character, which inevitably impacts on the accommodation - with some ingenious planning of the en-suite bathrooms, but this is more than made up for by the Scottish welcome from the knowledgeable staff. Breakfasts are not included, but there is the offer a of a goodie-bag with pastry, drink and fruit, or plenty of places nearby. A plus is the whisky bar with its huge selection of whisky and changing whiskies of the day, somewhere to relax in the evening. "
