"Old old building . Has been updated but was not done well . Floor tiles pulling up furniture is very used ."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed and shower were clean, which I appreciated; however, the overall cleanliness of the room fell short of expectations. The sofa had visible stains from past spills. The bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned, with hair and bits of toilet paper still present. There also appeared to be residue or streaking on the bathroom walls from prior guests. As a result, I didn’t feel particularly comfortable moving around the room without shoes on. With more thorough attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much more pleasant stay. As it is, I would not stay here again."

"The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues. The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay."
