"Had a horrible experience. My flight got in very late, and I called ahead to make them aware. When arrived, Room was not fit to stay in, not clean, wires hanging, pictures off the wall, had bugs and was definitely not ready for occupancy. Went right back to front desk & was told that it was the only room on the property. Refused to stay there, so at 1:00 in the morning, I had to find another place to stay. Called numerous times to speak to manager and he was never there and didn’t bother to call or email back. Finally, days later, got a hold of someone in corporate who said they would refund 1 night of my 2 night stay. Not acceptable. After much discussion, said he would refund all but a cleaning fee. So he wanted me to pay $50 to have walked in the room and walked right out again. Not cool at all! Would never stay in another of their crummy hotels again"
