「We had a fabulous stay at Downtown Digs! The accommodations were absolutely perfect — clean, spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, brightly decorated home with attached garage and convenient street parking, in close proximity to shopping and to SEBTS. Ideal for 6 people. Each bedroom has a comfortable, king sized bed, and the kitchen table seats six. We will definitely return! This rental is a gem, and Debra is a thoughtful host, attentive to detail. Thank you for everything!」

「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. 「Apartment was great, very nice. There was 3 beds we only used one but it was very comfortable. Host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Only downfall was the upstairs tenants jumped and ran all night till about 3am so being up late and checking out at 10am was not fun, but Tom was great and apartment was clean. If you can ignore jumping perfect location to everything.」

「The area was good with well lit lot and stairwells. The cleanliness was not great. There were dust spiders on cobwebs in the corners. Behind the beds hasnt been cleaned in a minute. Theres a good water stain in the master bedroom, hope its not new.The bathroom needs a tune up and the caulking is coming loose in the shower and the cabinet is pretty rundown. A lot of little things in the walls and stuff that could be better and you could see the cleaning on the walls stops about 2 feet short from...
