"Great place! Clean, very clean and cozy! Right on the lake! Probably the best fire pit and view we’ve ever had, and we’ve been around! Only downside would be that cottages are close to each other and in busy weeks you may have loud people next door. We could hear conversation from the cottage next door in the evening, not enough to bother us or to take off a star from such an excellent property, but just something to be aware of. Highly recommend Captains Galley. We had a great lunch there and beers later that evening at Black North. It was great be able to walk to these places. Look forward to returning. "

"This was an excellent stay! I was looking for something that was cheaper than hotel listings in Medina. I stumbled upon this gem. If you are looking to be near the water you can’t get closer than this! It ’s near downtown and the trail. There is a double bed so this is best for a single person or a couple that likes to snuggle. Not gonna lie, the bathroom is small but, it’s clean and it works. This is a great fit for folks who want a super experience on (like really on) the Canal. Bring your fishing rod!"
