「I can't say enough great things about the Charmante Hotel! We stayed there for our honeymoon and everything was just perfect. The staff is kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate my wife's allergies, even making a special cappuccino with oat milk as the lounge coffee maker did not have that option. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, with a great music playlist to set the mood! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Bergen!」
「素晴らしいロケーション！駅、観光名所（魚市場、ブリッゲン、丘へのロープウエイ駅）やお店、レストランなど） Great location! Close to everyhting, such as Bergen statioin, fish market, Briggen, the hill to the ropeway station, shops and restaurants. ホテル外観に高級感があるように、ホテルサービスや雰囲気もとても優れている。スタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てる。我々の部屋は最上階（４階）で天井に斜めの天窓があり、ベッドに寝たまま夜空が見える。（ただし、滞在中は雨で夜空は見えなかったが）。バスルームは広く、とても清潔。ウエルカムドリンクとして、部屋にボトル入りのリンゴジュースが冷やされて置いてあった。朝食も充実して、美味しかった。ビュッフェスタイルだが、オーダーも出来るので、エッグベネディクトとアボガドオープンサンドを注文し、美味しかった。ただし、カプチーノは別途有料になるらしい。」
