「クロスタースの駅から徒歩3-4分にもかかわらず、予約後ほどなくしてメールにて送迎の要否をたずねてくるなど、とても顧客目線が行き届いたホテル。ロビーは非常に高いクオリティでフロントスタッフの対応も完璧。部屋もそれほど広くはないが、とても快適で素晴らしい。何より、スイスの中では随一といっていいくらいおいしいブレックファーストが食べられる。極めてオススメのホテルと言えます。」

「ダボス会議出席の際に利用。会議場からのシャトルが目の前（といっても２０メートルくらいは歩く）に止まってくれます。部屋は清潔。ネット環境も良かったです。ただ、周囲には何もありません。」

「We are regular visitors to Klosters and have skied there for many years. The appartement is as exactly as described and is a very comfortable and spacious living space, equipped with everything you need for a family with small children. It has outside space which would be a lovely additional dining space in the summer and is very useful as a cold larder in winter!
