"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we...

"Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht- sowohl das Frühstücks- als auch das Abendbuffet sehr abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei👌 Sind in die Gegend wegen des Canyonings gekommen, ca.400km Anreise, deshalb waren wir auf der Suche nach einer Übernachtung, im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist dieses Hotel im Vergleich zu der Umgebung unschlagbar. Werden nochmals hierher kommen, diesmal für mehrere Tage und den Allgäu Pass ausgiebiger nutzen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, alles fußnah zu erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "The hotel is old and not very friendly to Americans at least the day I was there. No place to eat, so they charge for dinner buffet and when asked if anything else around I was told by the staff that there is one but you need a reservation. They get you for it is in the middle of no where and we arrived late and did not want to drive 30 minutes for dinner when they were possibly closed. I would find something else if I had to do it again."

"I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again. "

"Whilst i assumed this hotel to be nice, it has exceeded expectations. Very comfortable, stylish and really well designed everywhere. There really is nothing bad to say and everything here is well done and considered. Great staff too and an amazing selection for breakfast. In order to find something to criticise Id suggest really cups in the bedroom rather than paper ones for tea/coffee - it feels out of character with the effort throughout. BUt still 10/10"
